A. At the moment, we are online only. All orders placed must be shipped.

 

Q. How long is shipping?

 Mink Brazilian After ordering, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be processed. After processing, orders ship out in 2-4 business days via USPS shipping. PO boxes are not accepted.

RAW INDIAN TEMPLE After ordering, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed. After processing, orders ship out via USPS with standard 2-4 day shipping. PO boxes are not accepted.

Q. Do you have express or overnight shipping?

A. At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

Q. How many bundles do I need?

A. We suggest :

8-16" 2 or more bundles

18-22" 3 or more bundles

24-30" 4 or more bundles

32” or longer 5 or more bundles

 

Q. Are your frontals and closures pre-plucked?

A. Yes, they come pre-plucked with a natural hairline! customer photos that we receive.
